These two are celebrating their anniversary today and I couldn’t help but post some of my favorite images of their big day. I knew two things when I met Taryn and Brad: one was, I had to be their wedding photographer, and the second, I had to refer them to another wife and husband duo for their videography. I wanted to work with Kaleb and Elaine so baddddd (I had met them at a workshop earlier that year) that I told Taryn she had to hire them for their wedding. Kaleb and Elaine happened to have that date available and so, I got to make some magic while they did theirs! It takes a team of great artists to create the wedding of your dreams come true, and that could not be more true of Taryn & Brad’s day! Check out her vendors at the end of this post.
I hold on tightly to the moments Taryn and Brad shared together, from their prayer before walking down the aisle to FaceTiming with Taryn’s grandpa that couldn’t make the wedding to the inevitable laughter we all had when Taryn sort of messed her vows (the timing was perfect!). And did I mention Taryn thrifted her wedding dress way before being engaged? Yes, thrifted! It takes a visionary bride to say yes to a thrifted dress. She kept it in her closet years prior to even setting a date. Cool, huh? She was a dream herself, the dream gal for Brad.
